The attorney can represent a Seller effectively in a number of ways
- Reviewing, drafting of the Purchase agreements, Offer/Purchase & Sale
- Preparing all of the documents needed to transfer title, most importantly the deed.
- Representing, under a power of attorney, the seller at closing providing convenience to the seller in a move or potentially after a move when they have moved out of the area.
- Help resolve any title problems that may arise, any negotiations based on issues that may arise after the initial P & S
